This role is essential in upholding our reputation for quality and service by performing a variety of duties including food preparation, order processing, guest interaction, and cleanliness maintenance. You will be responsible for operating point-of-sale systems such as Toast POS and Micros POS, ensuring accurate transactions and efficient order handling. Your collaboration with kitchen staff will ensure timely and precise delivery of food items, contributing to a seamless dining experience. Maintaining cleanliness in dining areas, kitchens, and preparation stations according to sanitation practices is critical. You will also engage with guests by taking orders, addressing inquiries, and resolving any concerns promptly and courteously. Performing bussing duties by clearing and resetting tables will be part of your routine to help maintain an inviting environment for all customers. • Previous experience in the food service industry or restaurant environment is preferred
• Culinary experience or fine dining experience is a plus

• Basic math skills for cash handling and processing transactions accurately
• Familiarity with guest services principles and hospitality best practices
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation practices is essential
• Experience with OpenTable or similar reservation systems is advantageous
