One key dining venue within the hotel is the Four Oaks restaurant, which serves guests daily from 6:30 AM to 2:00 PM. This restaurant focuses on providing delicious, high-quality meals in a welcoming and attentive environment. As a Food Server within this vibrant setting, you will play a pivotal role in the overall guest dining experience, working closely with kitchen and management teams to maintain the restaurant’s standards.
The position offered is part-time with shifts primarily in the morning hours, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays, starting at a competitive pay rate of $15.00 per hour. In this role, the ideal candidate will bring a minimum of one year’s experience as a server in a restaurant setting. Successful servers at Washington Hilton must possess the skillset and stamina to efficiently take and deliver food and beverage orders while maintaining a high level of customer service and hospitality. They should be knowledgeable about menu items, promotions, and able to promptly respond to guest requests with friendliness and efficiency.
