The Food & Beverage Manager role at Le Meridien Charlotte is a critical leadership position responsible for overseeing all food and beverage operations within the hotel. This includes management of multiple outlets such as Social Kitchen, Craft City Sports Pub, City Lights, In-room dining services, Executive Lounges, and any additional areas assigned by the Director of Outlets or the Director of Food & Beverage. The role requires strategic oversight of the department's financial performance, including achieving budgeted revenues and controlling expenses to maximize profitability. • 1-2 years of hospitality management/supervisor experience in a full-service operation
