Pulivarthi Group is currently seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Flight Paramedic to join their emergency medical services team. This role emphasizes providing critical pre-hospital advanced life support (ALS) care and patient transport via air ambulance in highly dynamic and high-pressure environments. The ideal candidate will bring significant clinical experience, particularly a minimum of five years as an ALS paramedic and three years as a National Registry Emergency Medical Technician (NREMT) paramedic. The Flight Paramedic must be capable of responding swiftly—ready for deployment within a two-hour response window—to emergencies that demand quick, efficient medical responses. They will work closely with pilots, nurses, and other medical personnel to ensure safe and effective transport of patients. In this role, the Flight Paramedic will assess and treat patients under critical conditions, operate and maintain advanced medical equipment onboard aircraft, and ensure meticulous documentation of all patient care activities and interventions. The position requires compliance with stringent safety regulations and adherence to medical protocols, ensuring the highest standards of patient care are met during transport. • NREMT Paramedic certification (NRP)
• ACLS certification
• CPR and AED certification
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as an ALS paramedic
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an NREMT paramedic
• Instructor ratings in ACLS and ITLS (good to have)
• Pre-Hospital Trauma Life Support (PHTLS/ITLS) (good to have)
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) (good to have)
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) (good to have)
