You'll work in close 'team collaboration' with your fellow Inflight and Flight Deck crew to ensure a safe, on-time, and enjoyable flight. This 24/7/365 operation requires 100% flexibility and a positive attitude. Training & Onboarding: Successful candidates will attend our 6-week paid training program at JetBlue University (JBU) in Orlando, FL. You will learn all FAA-mandated safety procedures, emergency response, and our unique service standards that set us apart. Career & Compensation: JetBlue offers a competitive wage, with an estimated annual base for new Crewmembers between $45,000 and $70,000 (based on flight hours).
