Our Flight Attendants are ambassadors of safety, hospitality, and the cultural warmth that defines Hawaii itself. In this role, you’ll provide passengers with a travel experience that reflects genuine care and professionalism. As an Inflight Hospitality Specialist, you’ll ensure all safety standards are met, conduct pre-flight inspections and demonstrations, and deliver an authentic, respectful, and enjoyable onboard experience. You’ll also serve as a trusted liaison between guests and flight operations, maintaining composure and compassion even in challenging conditions. Your journey begins with paid FAA training in Honolulu, where you’ll study inflight service delivery, safety procedures, medical response, and Hawaiian cultural protocols. Upon certification, you’ll serve on flights connecting Hawaii to domestic and international destinations including Japan, Australia, and the U.S. mainland. This position offers a meaningful career for those who value connection, teamwork, and cultural integrity. You’ll become part of an airline family that believes flying is more than transportation—it’s about sharing Hawaii’s warmth with the world.
