Brandon Wilde is currently seeking a hospitality-focused Fitness Instructor to join its team. This position offers part-time work every Tuesday from 9 a.m. to 12 noon, with the added possibility of additional hours on Thursdays as needed. The pay rate is up to $15 per hour. The Fitness Instructor will play a crucial role in supporting the Fitness Manager by teaching exercise classes, maintaining exercise equipment, and assisting with various wellness duties tailored to seniors' needs. This role is ideal for individuals who are enthusiastic, compassionate, and passionate about senior engagement and hospitality. The Fitness Instructor’s responsibilities are dynamic and involve direct interaction with residents, offering group exercise classes and small group training sessions, conducting resident fitness center orientations, performing fitness assessments, and demonstrating proper equipment use. Additionally, the role requires welcoming residents to the wellness and fitness areas and assisting in the coordination of wellness events, activities, and meetings. The position also entails helping with general maintenance and cleanliness of the fitness center and wellness areas, including reporting any issues with exercise equipment. This ensures a safe and inviting environment where seniors can pursue their health goals with confidence.

- CPR/First Aid certification required or to be obtained within 60 days of hire
