The role of the Busperson at the St. Anthony Hotel is vital in ensuring a seamless and refined dining experience that aligns with the hotel’s luxury standards and brand expectations. This position supports the front-of-house service team by maintaining table cleanliness and readiness, ensuring that all dining areas reflect the highest standards of etiquette and mise en place appropriate for fine dining. The Busperson works discreetly and efficiently to clear and reset tables according to fine dining presentation standards, maintaining polished and precisely arranged service items. They are responsible for keeping service stations impeccably stocked with silverware, linens, glassware, and condiments, anticipating both the needs of the service staff and the guests. Warm and professional guest engagement is part of the daily expectation, including greeting guests, offering replenishments such as bread, butter, and beverages to create an elegant dining atmosphere. Additional responsibilities include back-of-house coordination where soiled serviceware and glassware are safely transported to the stewarding area, maintaining a clean dining environment, and supporting team collaboration by assisting colleagues to ensure smooth operation of the dining service.                 - Professional demeanor with excellent communication skills in English
 - Warm, guest-focused approach and an ability to anticipate needs with discretion and grace
 - Knowledge of fine dining table settings, service styles, and etiquette
 - Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and maneuver through a busy dining room with elegance and efficiency
 - Capacity to push service carts weighing up to 150 lbs
 - Well-groomed appearance and impeccable hygiene, consistent with luxury hospitality standards
 - Dependability, punctuality, and a strong sense of teamwork
 - Previous experience in a similar position is highly preferred
 - Food Handlers and TABC certification is required
 - Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
 - Ability to work mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed
