The role of Outlets Manager at Bear Creek Mountain Resort is a vital position within the Food and Beverage department, overseeing multiple retail dining outlets including The Grille, Trails End Café, and Mountain Eatery Café. Bear Creek seeks candidates with 5-7 years of multi-unit restaurant management experience preferably in hospitality, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively under pressure. Physical demands of the role include various active movements such as standing, walking, lifting, and using fine motor skills, and the work environment involves exposure to outdoor conditions and moderate to very loud noise levels.                 - 5-7 years demonstrated multi-unit restaurant management experience preferably in hospitality
