Currently, Fairhaven Christian Retirement Center is seeking a motivated and dependable individual to fill the full-time Housekeeper position. This role is essential in maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of the living spaces and common areas within the retirement center, directly contributing to the well-being of the residents. The Housekeeper will play a key role in ensuring the environment remains welcoming, hygienic, and safe. This position offers a competitive pay scale ranging from $15.30 to $15.75 per hour and requires availability from Tuesday through Saturday, with shifts running from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM. The role demands strong physical stamina as duties include lifting up to 40 pounds, bending, twisting, stooping, reaching, grabbing, pushing, pulling, and standing or walking for the duration of the shift. Attention to detail and the ability to communicate kindly and effectively with residents and coworkers are equally important qualities for a successful candidate.
