The Facilities Manager position at Ginger and Baker is a pivotal leadership and management role, responsible for overseeing all facets of maintenance, cleanliness, operational functionality, and aesthetic appeal of the company’s buildings, equipment, and surrounding grounds. This full-time role involves preparing, managing, and executing detailed cleaning and maintenance schedules, coordinating with internal staff and external vendors to sustain the high standards expected by the company. Beyond routine upkeep, the Facilities Manager spearheads regular projects involving repairs, updates, and improvements to the facilities — ensuring timely and cost-effective completion while maintaining safety and regulatory compliance.
