The Executive Chef serves as a pivotal leader, not only managing day-to-day food preparation, production, and quality control but also mentoring and developing staff as valuable assets to the hotel. This role is responsible for maintaining high standards of food quality and consistency, ensuring that every dish served is fresh, appealing, and properly flavored while also managing food costs effectively. The Executive Chef plays a key strategic role by responding to market trends, guest needs, and competitive pressures with innovative menu development and product enhancements. You will be tasked with the development and enhancement of food offerings, using market research and guest feedback to continually refine and improve the culinary experience. As part of the hotel’s leadership group, you will participate in long-range planning and help achieve food and beverage profit and service performance goals.   • Ability to speak, read, write and understand the primary language used in the workplace
