This position offers a competitive base salary ranging from $94,100 to $127,000 annually, complemented by an annual bonus plan tied to both company and individual performance, as well as an uncapped sales incentive plan based on role performance.   • Minimum 10 years overall culinary experience in established restaurants or catering companies
  • At least 5 years’ experience as an Executive Chef in a high-volume, fine dining or luxury hospitality setting
  • Deep knowledge and hands-on experience with authentic Italian cuisine
  • Culinary Arts degree or certification preferred
  • ServSafe and Food Safety Handler certifications required
  • Strong proficiency in financial management, Microsoft Office Suite, and POS systems
  • Proven leadership skills with ability to coach and inspire teams
