We are currently offering a full-time Executive Chef position in Indiana, with an annual salary range of $85,000 to $100,000. As an Executive Chef at Bon Appetit, you will have the rewarding responsibility of overseeing all kitchen operations to ensure the highest standards of safety, sanitation, and efficiency are met. You will lead menu planning and execution, guiding your culinary team to deliver exceptional meals while maintaining Compass Group's stringent quality and consistency requirements. • Associate's degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years progressive culinary or kitchen management experience
• Hands-on chef leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of culinary trends, sanitation, cost controls, and presentation
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related technology
• ServSafe certification highly desirable
• Reliable transportation and ability to commute to different units across Indiana
• Ability to comply with all federal, state, and local health/safety regulations
• Strong leadership and communication skills
