• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
• 5+ years of culinary and kitchen management experience
• ability to lead and train kitchen staff effectively
• knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
• proficiency in kitchen equipment operation
• strong organizational and inventory management skills
• ability to comply with health and safety standards
• good communication skills
• willingness to participate in client satisfaction programs
• ability to use computers including Microsoft Office and email
• ServSafe certification preferred
