The role of Executive Chef at Hennepin Healthcare is a prestigious full-time position focused on leading the culinary operations within the hospital environment. - Minimum five years experience as a culinary chef with lead chef responsibilities
- Culinary arts degree or approved combination of education and experience
- Ability to develop training materials and manage inventory
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices
- State of Minnesota Food Manager certification and ServSafe Certificate or ability to achieve within six months
- Availability to work weekday day shift
- Ability to fulfill roles of cook or other food services staff when necessary
