As the Executive Chef, you will take a hands-on approach to managing and elevating the culinary program, ensuring that every dish served meets the highest standards of quality, taste, and presentation. You will lead and mentor culinary personnel, foster teamwork, and keep the kitchen at the forefront of contemporary culinary trends. This role demands a strong all-around culinary skill set including expertise in main courses, salads, sauce work, as well as pastry and baking. • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• minimum 3 years management experience
• minimum 3 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc
