The Events Specialist role at Reformation Bible College is a dynamic position that places the successful candidate at the center of planning and executing a wide range of events that bring the college's mission to life. From organizing Preview Weekend and commencement ceremonies to coordinating art series, student life events, and the Always Ready youth conferences, the Events Specialist plays a crucial role in creating memorable experiences that connect and inspire attendees. This position requires a high degree of organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. The Events Specialist will collaborate extensively across campus departments to ensure that logistical, audiovisual, and IT needs are met, working closely with staff and external vendors to deliver seamless events.
Key responsibilities include securing event visions and gathering stakeholder requirements, being the primary coordinator for internal events, overseeing campus hospitality initiatives, and providing on-site supervision during events to guarantee flawless execution. Additionally, this role involves developing and refining processes within the events department to improve efficiency and effectiveness continually. The Events Specialist will also be responsible for coordinating and delivering campus tours, enhancing the visitor experience and supporting the college’s outreach efforts.
This position offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $17.00 to $19.00, reflective of the candidate’s qualifications, experience, and alignment with the organizational needs.
