This position is responsible for the supervision and management of all Event Security Staff, ensuring secure event operations through effective planning, monitoring, delegation, and leadership. The Event Security Supervisor plays a pivotal role in facilitating smooth event execution in a dynamic, fast-paced environment by prioritizing occupant safety and adherence to operational protocols. PeoplesBank Arena, a renowned 15,000-seat venue and home to both championship basketball teams and major league hockey affiliates, serves as a flagship location for this role. As part of the security leadership team, the Event Security Supervisor ensures that every event upholds high standards of guest satisfaction and safety. Compensation for this part-time role is $27.07 per hour, with benefits including a 401(k) Savings Plan and matching.
