The role of Event Production Manager at Wasserman Live is a critical position responsible for the intricate planning, coordination, and execution of large-scale events across various domains, including Print, Fabrication, and Technology divisions. This role requires working directly with Senior Leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure that every event not only meets but exceeds the highest standards. The Event Production Manager is entrusted with project tracking, seamless cross-team collaboration, and delivering operational excellence in all stages of event production.
In this role, the Event Production Manager will lead all phases of large-scale event execution. This involves strategic planning — developing comprehensive project plans with clearly defined milestones, assigning team roles, and establishing aligned objectives. They will oversee on-site event operations, including logistics, setup, and management of the event flow to ensure an exceptional attendee experience. Their leadership responsibilities also encompass coordinating tasks and assignments across various internal and external teams, fostering collaboration across Sales, Execution, Operations, and Finance departments, and streamlining operational processes for better efficiency.
Furthermore, this manager will focus on client relations and stakeholder satisfaction by proactively managing communications and building robust partnerships within the organization to achieve shared goals.
