The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, capable of managing complex logistics and delivering superior service. As an Events Coordinator, you will work closely with clients to understand their unique needs, assist with menu selections, manage event logistics, and coordinate with internal and external vendors. You will lead team meetings, inspect venues for readiness and damages, and oversee beverage inventory and staffing schedules, all with the goal of upholding our high standards and fostering client retention and growth.   • High school diploma or GED required
  • 3+ years experience in private events, wedding coordination, food and beverage hospitality, or related professional area preferred
