Mazzone Hospitality is currently hiring immediately for full-time and part-time Event Catering Wait Staff positions at their location on 743 Pierce Road in Clifton Park, NY. These positions offer flexible schedules including days, nights, weekends, and holidays from Monday through Sunday. No prior experience is necessary as training will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in entering the hospitality or catering industry. The pay range for these positions is competitive, ranging from $19.00 to $20.00 per hour, and there is an internal employee referral bonus available.
The Event Catering Wait Staff role is essential to the success of Mazzone Hospitality’s catering services. Staff members are responsible for assembling, delivering, setting up, and serving food and beverages at both on-premise and off-premise events. This includes arranging tables and decorations, setting buffet tables according to established standards, serving guests professionally, and ensuring all food items and display equipment are maintained and presented attractively. Wait Staff handle food with proper care during preparation and serve food and beverages, including alcoholic drinks such as wine. After events, they assist with cleaning the venue, inventory, storage, and other closing tasks. The role requires attention to detail, a commitment to exceptional guest service, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
