Currently, Schulte Companies is seeking an energetic, experienced, and hands-on Catering Sales Manager to join the team at Graduate by Hilton Eugene. This dynamic role involves driving customer loyalty by delivering service excellence throughout each customer interaction, with a mission to grow the account share and secure new business opportunities. As a Catering Sales Manager, you will work closely with clients to provide expert advice on hotel facilities and services, negotiate contracts, and ensure all sales goals are met or exceeded. The position demands a proactive approach in identifying, soliciting, and securing new accounts through telemarketing, appointments, site tours, cold calls, and various client engagements.
