Core Responsibilities: This entry-level position requires no prior flight experience; we provide 6 weeks of comprehensive paid training. Your primary role is ensuring the safety and comfort of all guests. You will conduct pre-flight safety checks, deliver our signature West Coast-inspired in-flight service, and respond to guest needs with genuine care and professionalism. Qualifications & Requirements: We are looking for team players with a positive attitude. Applicants must be at least 21 years old and have the legal right to work in the United States. A valid passport for international travel is essential. A High School Diploma or GED is required. 2+ years of customer service experience is preferred. Training & Work Schedule: This role requires 100% flexibility. As an 'entry level' crew member, your schedule will be a variable roster that includes 'day time' and 'night shift' (red-eye) flights, 'weekend shift' assignments, and all public holidays. Compensation & Benefits: Alaska Airlines offers a competitive wage, with an estimated annual base from $39,000 to $60,000 (based on flight hours), plus per diem.
