The Beverage Director role at Levy is a critical leadership position within the Concessions Department, responsible for overseeing the Signature Cocktail and Fresh Juice programs. This role requires a dedicated food and beverage professional who excels in coaching and developing teams, driving operational excellence, and maintaining high standards related to guest experience, safety, and financial outcomes. The Beverage Director will play a pivotal role in maintaining Levy's brand standards across multiple departments, ensuring proper presentation, quality service, and adherence to equipment standards. Additionally, this role demands strict compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations, alongside a deep understanding of inventory management and cost control within beverage categories. 
Levy values accountability, continuous improvement, and craftsmanship, expecting the Beverage Director to foster a culture that reflects these principles. This position offers a salary range of $90,000 to $95,000, and it aligns with Pay Grade 14, reflecting the significance and impact of the role within the organization's hierarchy. Successful candidates will possess at least five years of progressive experience in high-volume beverage service, ideally with white-glove dining management experience, and demonstrate exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Additional credentials such as Sommelier certification or strong knowledge of wine and beverages will be advantageous. Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays, is required to meet the demands of the industry.
