The Dishwasher is responsible for operating industrial dishwashing equipment and maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dish room and kitchen work areas. This includes washing and sanitizing plate ware, drink ware, utensils, pots, pans, and cooking equipment to meet stringent hygiene standards. In this role, the Dishwasher supports overall kitchen operations by assisting with food preparation when needed, especially during busy periods, and ensuring the kitchen remains orderly and compliant with safety and sanitation policies. Responsibilities also include sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning food preparation areas, handling trash disposal, and assisting with the loading and unloading of food and supply deliveries. P.F.
