This role is vital for maintaining hygiene and operational efficiency in kitchen environments by ensuring the cleanliness of all dishware, utensils, and kitchen equipment according to strict health and safety standards. The dishwasher will also assist with general cleaning and sanitation tasks, help maintain storage areas and equipment, and may receive training to support basic food preparation tasks. The position requires a professional who is dependable, communicates well, and thrives in a team-oriented environment, supporting chefs, culinary staff, and dish room operators as needed.\n\nThis role is ideal for individuals who have a passion for customer service, a positive attitude, and a strong sense of responsibility and accountability. The candidate should be knowledgeable about HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point) practices to ensure food safety during dishwashing and food handling processes. Physical endurance is essential, as this job requires standing for up to eight hours per day and the ability to lift a minimum of 25 pounds.
