The Director of Catering role at Rancho Encantado is a pivotal leadership position, responsible for driving the catering and conference services department to new heights. They will exhibit integrity, transparency, and the ability to foster strong relationships within the community, internally with Banquet and Culinary operations, and externally with vendors and planners. This leadership role will also require analytical acumen to contribute to the annual marketing plan and budget, alongside preparing weekly financial forecasts and summaries. Flexibility is essential as events often occur during evenings, weekends, and holidays.
