The ideal candidate will bring at least five years of experience in hotel catering, preferably in luxury environments, with a history of successfully selling weddings, social gatherings, and corporate events. They will exhibit integrity, transparency, and the ability to foster strong relationships within the community, internally with Banquet and Culinary operations, and externally with vendors and planners. This leadership role will also require analytical acumen to contribute to the annual marketing plan and budget, alongside preparing weekly financial forecasts and summaries. Flexibility is essential as events often occur during evenings, weekends, and holidays.
