The Digital & Administrative Support Coordinator is a pivotal role within the station, acting as both the face of the organization for visitors and callers and the digital liaison managing the station’s online content and social media interaction. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining and updating the station’s website, managing event listings, and promoting key information that enhances audience engagement. In addition to content management, the role involves drafting social media posts, monitoring platforms, and responding to audience engagement to foster a positive and interactive online community.
This position also plays a critical part in supporting the station’s operational logistics by handling traffic log data, scheduling, and verification, ensuring seamless coordination in daily workflows. Administrative duties such as answering and routing telephone calls, greeting visitors, and handling shipments add another layer to this multifaceted role. The coordinator will be expected to efficiently execute clerical tasks, including filing, copying, and scanning, thereby supporting the internal organizational framework.
