Banquet bartenders report directly to the beverage manager and support other banquet management as needed. The ideal candidate will possess thorough knowledge of beer, wine, spirits, beverage trends, and creative mixology that enhances the guest experience through signature craft cocktails. All bartenders are expected to be certified in alcohol management, such as through TIPs or TAM certification, ensuring safe and responsible service at all times. Strong communication skills are essential, as bartenders engage with members and guests to welcome them, explain offerings, take orders, and handle any inquiries or concerns with professionalism and care.
