The Sous Chef role at LSG Sky Chefs is a vital position that supports the Executive Chef in the management of daily kitchen operations. This role is based on-site in Des Plaines, USA, and comes with a competitive salary range of $57,774.71 to $72,218.39. The Sous Chef is charged with maintaining the highest standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety, ensuring compliance with health and sanitation regulations.
