We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Deli Kitchen Manager to join our Festival Foods team in Verona, WI. This full-time position offers a rewarding opportunity to lead the deli kitchen operations and contribute to creating memorable guest experiences. Reporting directly to the Deli Manager, the Deli Kitchen Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the deli kitchen, including inventory management, quality control, and production decisions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food service leadership and a genuine passion for delivering high-quality food and exceptional customer service.
The Deli Kitchen Manager will lead, train, and inspire a team of deli kitchen associates, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. This role requires attention to detail to ensure strict adherence to recipe execution, shrinkage control, and food safety standards. In addition to managing daily operations, the Deli Kitchen Manager must analyze production data and adjust food preparation to meet guest demand efficiently, avoiding waste and maximizing profitability. Other responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness and organization within the department according to safety guidelines. Working collaboratively with other store departments and the Support Office, the Deli Kitchen Manager will help drive the success of the deli department by providing top-tier service and delicious restaurant-quality dining options.
