The role of Customs Entry Clerk at Cencora’s New Hyde Park, NY facility is an onsite, full-time position that supports global logistics and storage services. The clerk works under close supervision to ensure the precise handling of customs documentation and compliance with various regulatory agencies such as U.S. Customs, DEA, FDA, USDA, CDC Fish and Wildlife, and others. This position requires a great deal of attention to detail, professional communication with internal teams and clients, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The role is critical in assisting brokers with paperwork, preparing customs entries, processing billing information, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of all customer standard operating procedures (SOPs). The shift hours are Tuesday through Saturday from 10 AM to 6 PM, with flexibility expected to accommodate business needs.
