We are seeking a friendly, high-energy Customer Service Agent to provide legendary hospitality to our customers at the ticket counter, gates, and baggage service office. Core Responsibilities: This is a fast-paced, customer-facing role. You will be responsible for checking in customers, issuing boarding passes, tagging and handling baggage, boarding flights, and resolving passenger issues with a 'Servant's Heart'. You are the first and last impression of Southwest's 'LUV' culture for our customers. Qualifications & Requirements: Applicants must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the US. A High School Diploma or GED is required. 1+ year of customer service experience is strongly preferred. Must be able to stand for long periods and lift baggage up to 70 lbs. Work Schedule: This position requires full flexibility for a shift-based schedule. You must be available to work early 'day time' shifts (e.g., 4:00 AM) for departures, late 'night shift' shifts for arrivals, and be available for 'weekend shift' and holiday assignments as our operation runs 24/7. Compensation & Benefits: This role offers a competitive hourly wage, estimated between $18.00 - $26.00 per hour.
