A Culinary Supervisor is expected to have a basic understanding of kitchen operations within the hotel environment and to be capable of assuming responsibilities in the absence of the Sous Chef. Ideal candidates will possess culinary education and experience, preferably with at least 4 years in culinary roles and some exposure to hotel operations. The role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when necessary, and physical stamina for standing long periods and lifting up to 50 pounds.
