As a full-time Courier Driver at Tribal Diagnostics, you will become an indispensable member of the transportation and logistics team, ensuring the safe and punctual delivery of laboratory samples to designated healthcare facilities and laboratories. Operating Monday through Friday from 5 pm to 1 am, this role requires a reliable, safety-conscious individual who excels in time management and possesses a strong attention to detail, particularly when handling sensitive and confidential biological samples. Tribal Diagnostics provides a company vehicle and covers fuel expenses, supporting your role in making seamless deliveries. The Courier Driver position directly supports Tribal Diagnostics' mission of delivering high-quality diagnostic services with integrity and accountability. This job demands adherence to strict compliance standards and patient privacy laws, given the sensitive nature of the laboratory materials transported. As a vital logistical link, you will follow predefined routes, keep open communication with the Transportation and Logistics Manager, and maintain vehicle safety and operational standards through routine inspections. • High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for the past three years
• Previous experience in a courier or delivery role is preferred
• Strong knowledge of local traffic laws and routes
• Ability to load and unload delivery items from the vehicle, which may involve lifting, carrying, and maneuvering packages of various sizes and weights
• Comfortable driving for extended periods and familiarity with different vehicle types
• Ability to adapt to changing weather conditions, traffic patterns, and delivery schedules
• Physical endurance to handle the demands of the job, including sitting for extended periods, standing, and walking during deliveries
