This role requires availability to work various shifts, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays, ensuring a seamless guest experience around the clock. The pay rate for this position is $22.50 per hour, commensurate with specialized experience and location factors. As a Personal Concierge/Guest Experience Planner, you will play a pivotal role in elevating the guest experience by providing personalized assistance and valuable insights about the resort and its surrounding areas. Your responsibilities will span from offering detailed information and bookings for various guest inquiries, including directions, outlet operation hours, hotel services, transportation, travel arrangements, and local attractions, to more specialized tasks like arranging medical care or special services such as dentists, childcare, and florists. This role demands not only a deep knowledge of the resort’s offerings but also a commitment to exceptional service and attention to detail to meet and exceed guest expectations. You will be a crucial liaison, delivering messages, retrieving mail and packages, arranging recreational, business, and dining activities both on and off the property, and handling guest requests and concerns with efficiency and warmth. The position also includes registering VIP guests and promoting hotel marketing programs, which contributes to the resort’s overall profitability and guest satisfaction.
