Job Summary

We are currently seeking a highly professional, discreet, and experienced Corporate Flight Attendant to join our Executive Operations team. In this prestigious role, you will be responsible for the safety, comfort, and service of UPS senior leadership and their guests aboard our corporate fleet. Unlike commercial aviation, this role requires a unique blend of executive concierge service, culinary management, and rigorous safety oversight. You will act as the sole cabin crew member, managing every aspect of the cabin environment from pre-flight provisioning to post-flight detailing. This is a position for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a dynamic, high-stakes environment where excellence is the baseline.

Detailed Responsibilities

  • Cabin Safety & Management: Your primary responsibility is the safety of passengers. You must conduct thorough pre-flight safety briefings, inspect emergency equipment (including AEDs, fire extinguishers, and oxygen systems), and maintain situational awareness throughout the flight. You will be expected to handle medical emergencies, cabin depressurization, or smoke/fire incidents with calm authority.
  • Culinary Excellence & Provisioning: You will be responsible for menu planning and catering procurement for executive flights. This involves coordinating with high-end catering vendors, selecting premium wines and beverages, and ensuring all dietary restrictions and preferences of the executive team are met with precision. In-flight, you will plate and present meals with fine-dining standards.
  • Logistics & Coordination: The Corporate Flight Attendant manages the logistics of the cabin. This includes stocking the aircraft with amenities, toiletries, and reading materials prior to departure. You will also coordinate with the flight deck crew regarding flight times, weather turbulence, and passenger needs to ensure a seamless travel experience.
  • Confidentiality & Professionalism: As you will be traveling with C-suite executives, maintaining the highest level of confidentiality is paramount. Discretion regarding business discussions, itineraries, and passenger lists is a core requirement of this role.
  • Post-Flight Duties: After landing, you will be responsible for restocking the aircraft, cleaning the cabin interior to ensure it is ready for the next leg, and completing expense reports for catering and supplies.
