The role is pivotal in managing the newly established artisanal coffee shop and the bustling Lobby Bar. Reporting directly to the Director of Food and Beverage and the Assistant Director of Food and Beverage - Restaurant and Bar Operations, the supervisor will lead restaurant operations including bar management with enthusiasm and creativity. This position plays a critical role in the successful opening of the resort, involving recruiting, menu development, establishing service standards, and implementing comprehensive training programs. The supervisor will also assist other food and beverage outlets as needed, ensuring seamless operations across the resort. • Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within a luxury hotel or resort lobby bar and/or coffee shop environment
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Excellent knowledge of coffee preparation techniques, cocktail recipes, and beverage service standards
• Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
