Trilogy at The Vineyards is currently seeking a motivated and professional Member Services Coordinator to join their team on a full-time basis. This role is integral to maintaining the high standards of service and hospitality for which Trilogy is known. The position offers a competitive pay rate of $23.00 per hour and is ideal for candidates with prior customer service or hospitality experience, especially those familiar with homeowner association environments. The Member Services Coordinator acts as the friendly and professional face of Club Los Meganos, providing exceptional service to residents and guests from their initial contact at the front desk.
In this role, the Coordinator is responsible for a wide range of member and guest services including greeting visitors, managing access protocols, providing information on Club amenities and local events, assisting with administrative duties, and supporting the Lifestyle and Activities department. The Coordinator maintains daily operational procedures, ensures the Clubhouse meets standards of cleanliness and presentation, monitors compliance with Club rules, and handles a variety of support tasks such as scheduling appointments, coordinating event registrations, and maintaining inventory of merchandise and office supplies.

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Three or more years relative customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Experience in a homeowner association environment preferred
- Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memorandums
- Ability to communicate positively and effectively with team members and supervisors
- Desire to contribute to a productive work environment by maintaining a positive attitude
- Must be self-motivated, follow direction, and able to work independently
- Must have excellent verbal communication and customer service skills
- Must demonstrate initiative with ability to think, work, solve practical problems, and make independent decisions
- Must have good time management, organization, and follow-up skills
- Must be able to consistently achieve high work standards
