We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Food Station Cook to join our team on a part-time basis. This position offers a competitive hourly wage of $18.25 and a flexible schedule with varying hours and days to accommodate team members' needs. The Food Station Cook plays a crucial role in maintaining our commitment to exceptional food service by preparing high-quality meals in accordance with established recipes and specialized diet orders. Collaborating closely with the Director of Food & Beverage and the Sous Chef, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of food preparation and supply, including timely procurement of ingredients, proper storage of leftovers, and maintaining accurate inventories. This role requires a candidate with strong organizational skills, self-motivation, and the ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic kitchen environment.
Ideal candidates will have at least two years of experience working in various stations within a hotel kitchen, restaurant, or similar food service operation. Knowledge of sanitation and food safety standards is essential, as is the ability to communicate clearly and work collaboratively with other restaurant team members. Your professionalism and passion for customer service will be key to enhancing the dining experience for our residents and guests.
