This specific role is for a Cook within Boyd Gaming’s food production team. The Cook position is vital in preparing food orders accurately and efficiently according to established standard recipes. The Cook must be adept at coordinating food orders for timely pick-up, controlling waste through proper food rotation and quantity management, and adhering strictly to safety and sanitation guidelines. This position is physically demanding, requiring the ability to stand or walk throughout the shift, lift and maneuver items weighing up to 75 pounds, and perform various physical movements such as bending, kneeling, and twisting. Candidates must be able to obtain and maintain any necessary certifications or licenses relevant to the role.
