In this role, the Cook is responsible for preparing diverse menu items using a variety of cooking techniques such as baking, roasting, grilling, and sautéing. Precision is critical—following established recipes, portion standards, and production guidelines ensures consistent quality and attractive presentation. The Cook sets up and organizes workstations with necessary ingredients and tools, maintaining cleanliness and adhering to food safety and sanitation standards dictated by Aramark and local health authorities. Attention to detail is essential when measuring, weighing, chopping, and preparing ingredients to meet event requirements. The Cook safely operates kitchen equipment including ovens, grills, slicers, mixers, and steamers.
