We are currently seeking a full-time Cook to join our team at the Verizon location in Cary, North Carolina. This role is crucial to maintaining the high-quality food standards that Eurest is known for. The position offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $19.00 to $21.00, with a work schedule from Monday through Thursday, 6:00 am to 3:00 pm. The role requires prior cooking experience and offers the chance to work in a dynamic and supportive environment that values safety, efficiency, and culinary excellence. As a Cook, you will be responsible for preparing food in accordance with federal, state, and corporate standards, ensuring that all food served meets quality and safety guidelines. The role includes following standardized recipes, managing food portioning, and maintaining food at the correct serving temperature while ensuring presentation is both attractive and appealing. You will also be expected to maintain cleanliness in the kitchen, operate kitchen equipment safely, and assist with production planning, inventory, and ordering food supplies. Safety is paramount in this role; you will adhere to all company policies regarding hygiene and safety, including the use of protective gloves and proper handling of kitchen tools and hot equipment.
