This pivotal leadership role entails managing budgeting, forecasting, profit and loss reporting, and account reconciliations for both operating and balance sheet accounts. Key responsibilities include supervising income auditing, cashiering, accounts payable and receivable, tax compliance, payroll, and month-end processing. The Controller ensures financial controls are in place, reporting is accurate, and profitability is maintained. - possess a bachelor's degree in finance or accounting
- have at least five years of experience in a finance leadership position or progressive career growth in hotel finance
- demonstrate expertise in budgeting, forecasting, profit and loss reporting, and balancing ledgers
- possess strong analytical and problem-solving aptitude
- have proven leadership and coaching skills
- show excellent communication skills both oral and written
- be proficient in Microsoft Office, POS/PMS systems, and Excel
