We are currently seeking a motivated and courteous Concierge to join our Planned Lifestyle Services team. This role is vital in ensuring the best possible experience for tenants, guests, and vendors by providing friendly, knowledgeable, and personalized service at the front desk. The Concierge will serve as the first point of contact in the building, functioning as a warm and professional representative of the company and the properties we serve. This position operates Tuesday through Saturday from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, offering a pay rate of $19.00 per hour. This schedule supports a work-life balance while providing consistent evening shifts. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for greeting, announcing, and directing tenants, visitors, and vendors as they enter the building. The role requires developing and maintaining meaningful relationships with tenants to tailor individualized experiences that address their unique personalities, lifestyles, needs, and preferences. Your responsibilities will include scheduling reservations and appointments at various local establishments such as restaurants, hotels, businesses, and entertainment venues. In addition, you will assist in planning and organizing on-site events, ensuring tenants have seamless access to a variety of local services and entertainment options. You will also manage administrative tasks such as documenting, securing, and tracking mail and deliveries, as well as overseeing vendor services within designated areas. The position requires proficiency in handling telephone calls, monitoring the lobby for safety and security, and maintaining control over keys and access cards. This role requires a person who is polite, friendly, self-assured, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously, and possesses strong time-management skills.
  • Minimum of three years in concierge or front desk experience
  • Desire and passion to provide a warm and welcoming hello to everyone
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and basic computer skills
  • Knowledge of local attractions and establishments
  • Polite, friendly, self-assured and able to multitask with good time-management
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs when needed
