The Concierge role is pivotal in ensuring that residents, their families, guests, and team members receive outstanding and personalized service that exceeds expectations. As the primary point of contact for all inquiries, requests, and needs, the Concierge embodies a friendly and professional demeanor, making every interaction positive and memorable. The Concierge is responsible for coordinating a variety of services that enrich residents' lifestyles, such as arranging transportation, managing reservations, facilitating deliveries, and connecting people to community resources. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The successful Concierge candidate will be a proactive problem solver who uses discretion and judgment to address concerns and provide personalized solutions. They will facilitate smooth communication both within the community and with external vendors and partners. • Experience as a concierge or customer service role preferred
• One to two years working with seniors preferred
