As a community assistant, you will be expected to greet residents and visitors, respond to telephone inquiries, and help maintain a safe environment by monitoring surveillance cameras, alarms, and safety systems. You will also manage the receipt and delivery of packages, plants, and prescription drugs, maintaining accurate logs for community keys and gate passes. In addition, your role includes assisting other departments with administrative duties, processing incident reports, and following up on resident and family concerns to enhance their experience. This multifaceted position demands an individual with strong communication skills, computer proficiency, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

                - High school diploma or equivalent
 - three months of related experience preferred
 - clear and effective communication skills in English
 - proficiency in computer applications including Outlook, Excel, and Word
