Concierge - Driver, Hope Lodge - Daytime (Monday - Friday)

The Concierge - Driver position at Hope Lodge represents a critical frontline role, acting as the welcoming ambassador for guests who rely on Hope Lodge’s services during their cancer treatments. Hope Lodge provides a safe, supportive environment where patients and their caregivers can stay at no cost while they access life-saving care away from home. As a Concierge - Driver, the individual will manage front desk operations with exceptional customer service to ensure guests feel comfortable and supported throughout their stay. The role involves greeting visitors warmly, assisting with check-in and check-out procedures, providing information about amenities and local attractions, and promptly addressing inquiries or concerns in a professional manner. In addition, this position includes coordinating and driving transportation for guests to and from their medical appointments, ensuring all transportation services run smoothly, safely, and punctually. Administrative responsibilities encompass managing phone calls and reservations, maintaining guest records, and supporting the overall operational efficiency of Hope Lodge. This opportunity is full-time, with a schedule from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday, and offers an hourly wage of $18.59 as well as a comprehensive benefits package. • High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in hospitality, guest services, or a related field
• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite and reservation systems
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
