Currently, 4-K Housing is seeking a part-time Concierge to join its team at Stoney Brook Belton, a vibrant community within the organization's network. The Concierge role is pivotal in creating a warm and welcoming environment that reinforces the organization’s mission and values. Serving as the first point of contact for residents, families, prospective residents, guests, and employees, the Concierge sets the tone with a friendly and professional demeanor. This position requires vigilance and attentiveness to maintain the safety and security of the building and its community grounds, particularly during night and weekend hours. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, quick to respond to requests or emergencies, and dedicated to offering exceptional customer service. The Part-Time Concierge at Stoney Brook Belton plays a crucial role in monitoring access to the facility, answering phone calls, managing visitor flow, and ensuring common areas are inviting and orderly. The shift typically spans from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday, with holiday shifts on rotation. • High school diploma or GED required
• Prior customer service experience
• Front desk and telephone experience preferred
• Valid Texas Driver's License with good driving record
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Good judgement
• Attention to detail
• Understanding of HIPAA requirements
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, and some Excel
• Must be willing to undergo a routine background check
